01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

03 User Account

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Failure to submit the requested identity verification (KYC) documents.
• Use of false or misleading registration information.
• Account closure request by the player through customer support channels.

If an account is terminated for legitimate reasons unrelated to fraud, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 10 business days.
